Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai - The Royal Challengers Bangalore face the Chennai Super Kings in the opening match of this year's IPL play-off's. The Super Kings are the slight favourites for the match at a best price of 10/11 with bet365. The Challengers are evens with Ladbrokes to secure their place in the IPL final.

The Royal Challengers finished the season at the top of the IPL points table having recorded 19 points from their 14 matches. Bangalore have been led by the phenomenal batting of Chris Gayle who has hit an astonishing 511 runs off 9 innings to help guide Bangalore into the IPL's Champions League. The Royal Challengers finished their season with a superb eight wicket victory over the Super Kings, their eight victory in nine fixtures, and have only lost one match since Gayle's arrival.
